Ed proposed to Amy Jackson in Gstaad, Switzerland, in January this year and they got married last week in Southern Italy. The couple have now shared picture-perfect moments from their wedding reception on social media. The post has glimpses of the candle light dinner, the couple's dance and a lot more. Amy and Ed captioned it, "After the ceremony we swayed our way to our candlelight dinner for speeches from loved ones whilst serenaded by violins. A magician wondered the crowd whilst we all chatted and feasted. Shilpa Shetty's Janmashtami celebrations look super-duper fun. On Tuesday, the actress dropped a video on Instagram, offering fans a sneak peek into the festivities. In the clip, her son Viaan can be seen climbing a human pyramid to break the dahi handi. One of the team members was his father Raj Kundra. We also spotted Shilpa's daughter Samisha looking eagerly at her brother's attempt. Like an expert, Viaan stands on his father's shoulders, takes out the coconut and strikes the handi. And guess what? He breaks it open in the first hit itself. Simply impressive. Once he comes down, Shilpa's munchkin takes a bite from the cracked-open coconut. “Govinda ala re (Govinda has arrived). Happy Janmashtami,” Shilpa Shetty wrote in the caption.

On the occasion of Janmashtami, Shilpa Shetty visited the ISKCON temple in Mumbai with her husband Raj Kundra, their kids Viaan and Samisha, and Shilpa's mother Sunanda Shetty. She shared a video from the temple premises on her Instagram Stories.

Back in May, Shilpa Shetty took a religious trip to the Vaishnodevi Temple. Her mother Sunanda Shetty and sister Shamita Shetty also accompanied the actress. The trip was all the more special as it was planned on the heels of International Mother's Day (May 12). Shilpa shared an adorable picture with her mother on Instagram and wished her on the occasion. The snap captures the Shetty sisters kissing their mother on her cheeks. The trio were dressed in ethnic outfits. Along with the post Shilpa wrote, “At Vaishnodevi with our Devi. Aparshakti Khurana To NDTV On Stree 2's Box Office Success: "We Knew We Will Do Good Numbers But..."

Stree 2 is having a dream run at the box office. The film, which released On August 15, has already breached the Rs 400 crore mark and is now on its way to 500. Aparshakti Khurana, who plays the role of Bittu in the franchise, spoke to NDTV about Stree 2 and his character receiving massive love from the audience. Speaking to NDTV's Abira Dhar, the Jubilee actor said, "When we were shooting, we knew we were doing something very nice and special and happy. But we did not know that the movie will touch 400 crores in just a week or we will get so much love from the people. It is such a happy vibe. I really pinch myself to believe this is where we have reached with the film. We knew we will do good numbers but this is unprecedented numbers."

Meanwhile, on Day 12, the horror comedy amassed ₹17 crore at the ticket window, reported Sacnilk. With this, Stree 2's total box office collection stands at ₹ 401.55 crore. It is now inching towards the ₹450-crore club. On its second Monday (August 26), the film witnessed a "29.02 percent Hindi occupancy" at the theaters, the report added. Stree 2 is the sequel to the 2018 Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao-starrer Stree. Aparshakti Khurrana, Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi and Vijay Raaz also play key roles in the film.

Bollywood trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh shared a report about Stree 2 on X (formerly Twitter). He mentioned that the Janmashtami festivities are “expected to further bolster” the film's prospects. “BLOCKBUSTER SUNDAY - 'STREE 2' JOINS ₹ 400 CR CLUB... Stree 2 RUNS RIOT on [second] Sunday. Cinemas across India - from multiplexes to single screens - witness outstanding occupancy, driving the overall total to ₹ 400 crore. Urban centres are performing exceptionally well, but it's the mass pockets that are truly in a league of their own. In fact, the Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets are witnessing this level of HYSTERIA after a long time. The holiday on [second] Monday [Janmashtami] is expected to further bolster its prospects,” he wrote.

Stree 2 released on Independence Day (August 15). The film witnessed a box office clash with John Abraham's Vedaa and Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein.

Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition has been unveiled in China. The handset is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. It is backed by a 5,200mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging. It is equipped with a dual rear camera and features an optical in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The smartphone is available in a glass finish as well as a vegan leather finish. The company introduced the Realme 13 Pro+ and Realme 13 Pro in India in July, and this model is the latest arrival in the series. In China, only the Pro+ version of the Realme 13 is available alongside the newly launched Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition.

Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition Price

Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition price starts at CNY 2,099 (roughly Rs. 24,700) for the 12GB + 256GB option, while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 2,399 (roughly Rs. 28,300). The handset is available for purchase in China via Realme's website. It is offered in Lake Green and Monet Purple (translated from Chinese) colourways.

Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition Specifications, Features

The newly announced Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,412 pixels) OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,000nits peak brightness and a SGS AI Eye Protection screen certification. The handset is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage. The phone ships with Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0.

In the camera department, this handset is equipped with a 50-megapixel camera with a Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Meanwhile, selfies are handled by a 32-megapixel front facing camera.

The Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition is equipped with a 5,200mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. Connectivity options of the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 and a USB Type-C port. The handset has an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance as well as an SGS anti-drop certification. For security, the phone carries an in-display optical fingerprint sensor.

The glass variant of the Realme 13 Pro Extreme Edition or the Monet Purple option measures 161.34 x 73.91 x 8.23mm and weighs 188g. Meanwhile, the Lake Green version with a vegan leather finish has a thickness of 8.41mm, but it weighs 183.5g.

Veteran singer Mariah Carey's mom Patricia and sister Alison died on the same day over the weekend, reported People. The singer-songwriter confirmed the news to People in a statement that read, "My heart is broken that I've lost my mother this past weekend. Sadly, in a tragic turn of events, my sister lost her life on the same day." Ms Carey added in the statement, "I feel blessed that I was able to spend the last week with my mom before she passed" and she requested her fans to respect her privacy during the tough time.

"I appreciate everyone's love and support and respect for my privacy during this impossible time," People quoted Mariah Carey as saying. Details about the the causes of death have not been revealed.

The five-time Grammy Award-winning singer's mom Patricia was a trained opera singer and a vocal coach. She was married to Alfred Roy Carey, with who she had Mariah, Alison and son Morgan.

According to a People report, in her memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey, which released in 2020, Mariah Carey addressed her complicated relationship with her mother, writing that it had caused her "so much pain and confusion".
