The makers of Animal hosted a party on Saturday night to celebrate the huge success of the film at the box office. At the success party, Ranbir Kapoor's plus was his wife, Alia Bhatt. The duo looked ravishing as they stepped foot on the red carpet in their party best. While Alia Bhatt slipped into a magnificent blue dress for the night, her husband Ranbir complemented her in a black suit. The couple were all smiles as they posed for pictures. Ranbir's cheer squad also included his mom Neetu Kapoor and father-in-law Mahesh Bhatt, who were also seen posing with the celeb couple.

His Animal co-stars Triptii Dimri Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and others were also spotted at the party.

The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial Animal emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of 2023. Vedteran actors like Prem Chopra, and Suresh Oberoi also featured in the film. Animal centers around the troubled father-son relationship. Ranbir Kapoor played the role of Rannvijay Singh, who goes on to exact revenge after there's an assassination attempt on his father played by Anil Kapoor. The film early nearly ₹550 crore at the domestic box office.

Indian Police Force, a part of Rohit Shetty's cop universe, will release on January 19 on streaming giant Amazon Prime Video.

PS:- he loves Kala Chashma so much, we had 4.” FYI: Kiara was talking about skiing wraparound sunglasses, while also referring to Sidharth Malhotra's hit number Kala Chashma from 2016 film Baar Baar Dekho.

Last month Kiara Advani also appeared on Karan Johar's celebrity chat show, Koffee With Karan 8, where she got candid about how Sidharth Malhotra proposed to her in Rome. While recalling the day, the actress said, “You know when Sid came to that episode (last year's Koffee With Karan episode), we had just come back from Rome where he proposed to me. My parents weren't there. It was our first family holiday with me and his family. I had a little bit of inclination that he would propose. I told him that you have to speak to my parents and he said are you kidding me? I said, yeah, you first ask them and take their permission, let's do it like the right way. They will be happy. My mom unfortunately had COVID so she couldn't travel with us. So I went with his parents.”

Koffee With Karan 8: Khushi Kapoor On Losing Mom Sridevi - "Felt That I Had To Hold It Together For Everyone"

The latest episode of Karan Johar's chat show Koffee With Karan 8 was replete with sibling revelry, conversations about family, straight up from the heart. During the episode, the guests Janhvi Kapoor and sister Khushi got emotional while talking about their late mother and film legend Sridevi. Sridevi died in Dubai in 2018, where she attended a family wedding. Speaking about mom Sridevi's death, Khushi Kapoor said, "I think it took me a while when it happened to kind of accept it. I think it did suddenly hit me after a while. But I was a bit confused, I don't know. But I had Jahnvi and I had dad. So, they were just kind of there to help."

Janhvi Kapoor added, "The thing that I remember, when I got the call, I was in my room. And I could hear wailing from Khushi's room. And I think I barged into her room howling and crying. But what I do remember, Karan, is she looked at me. The minute she looked at me, she just stopped crying. She just stopped. She just sat next to me and started comforting me and I've never seen her cry about it ever since."

Khushi said that it took her some time to properly process her mother Sridevi's death. She added that she felt that she needed to be "strong" for the family. "I think I felt that I had to hold it together for everyone because I feel I've always been the strong one," said Khushi Kapoor.

During the show, Janhvi Kapoor also listed the one thing in common that Khushi has with Sridevi. "She is a very quiet person and I think that is one thing she has in common with Mumma. But in front of the camera, she just explodes," said Janhvi Kapoor.

Koffee With Karan 8: Janhvi Kapoor On Shikhar Pahariya - "I Have Not Seen Many Men Capable Of Being..."

A quintessential Koffee With Karan episode includes some spilling of beans and that is just what happened on the new episode of the 8th season of the talk show. Janhvi Kapoor and sister Khushi were the new guests and they talked about relationships, movies and more. Janhvi Kapoor talked about rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya on the episode. "You have had an interesting path of love, you were dating Shikhar, and then you dated someone else and now you are dating Shikhar again. True or false," Karan Johar asked Janhvi.

Janhvi Kapoor replied, "I won't say that but I will say this, he is, not just for me, but for her (Khushi), for dad and everyone in our family, he has been there from the start as a friend. Not in a way that made me feel like he is expecting anything or he is a pushover or any of those things. He was just there in a very selfless dignified way and in a way that I have not seen many men capable of being there for another human being."

During the episode, Janhvi Kapoor also spoke about why she wouldn't date actors. "You also have a philosophy which we have spoken about that you don't really want to date actors because you think it is somewhere or the other turbulent," asked Karan Johar.

Janhvi explained, "I am extremely vain. I think with this profession, you have to be obsessed with it all the time and it consumes you completely. I want someone to be obsessed with me. You need someone to be okay with you to let you have your moment. It needs to have a balance. But I find with actors is that they get very competitive and weird with each other. There's always tension when there's an actor and I can't deal with that emotion because I like to be undyingly devoted and I expect that devotion and I think when you're in the same profession it's difficult."

During the Rat Race round, when Karan Johar asked Janhvi Kapoor to "name three people on your speed-dial list." She replied, "Papa, Khushu (Khushi) and Shiku (as in Shikhar Pahariya)."
