Hi Anisha Padukone, The Internet Wants Kenya Pics With Deepika And Ranveer Singh

Deepika Padukone's sister Anisha Padukone is having the best time of her life in Kenya. How do we know? Anisha has announced it on Instagram with a set of stunning pictures. Latest stop: Maasai Mara National Reserve. From the majestic lion to giraffes playing in the wild, Anisha's safari album screamed travel goals from miles away. Along with the images, Anisha wrote, “Into the wild” and added a bunch of hashtags: “wildlife”, “safari” and “Kenya” among others. Anisha's post comes days after pics of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh with fans in Kenya went viral on social media (more on that later). After Anisha's latest post, fans requested her to share some photographs of Deepika and Ranveer as well. A user wrote, “Are there any pictures of Deepika please that you can share with us?” Another added, “Wow…Anisha, please post some pics with Deepika and Ranveer.” A fan said, “Lovely pictures Anisha…please share some with Deepika and Ranveer.” A person said, “Pakudone sisters.”

The photos of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in question were clicked inside an elevator. In the pics, Ranveer and Deepika are seen dressed in athleisure as they smile at the camera. The photographs were widely shared by fan pages on social media. One such fan page tweeted the pictures saying: “Update: Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone captured in Kenya today. Enjoy.”

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is enjoying the success of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The Karan Johar film also stars Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and Dharmendra. 

Up next, Ranveer Singh will play Don in Farhan Akhtar's film. He will be stepping into the big shoes of Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. Following the announcement of the much-awaited project, Ranveer Singh shared a bunch of childhood pictures and a gratitude note. The actor wrote, "As a child, I fell in love with the movies, and like the rest of us, watching and worshipping Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan - the two G.O.A.Ts of Hindi Cinema. Inside Pic: Shah Rukh Khan And Aamir Khan Pose With Brothers Sunny-Bobby Deol At Gadar 2 Success Bash

It was a star-studded night in Mumbai on Saturday as some of the biggest stars in the film fraternity came together to celebrate Gadar 2's massive feat at the box office. Superstars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and others were seen attending the party hosted by actor Sunny Deol. Darr co-stars Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol, who seem to have resolved their differences, left their fans pleasantly surprised as they were seen hugging and posing for the paparazzi. Now, to the fans' delight, another picture of Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol has emerged from inside the success bash. In the picture that is doing the rounds on social media, we can see Sunny Deol and Shah Rukh Khan smiling at the camera. The actors are also joined by Sunny Deol's younger brother Bobby and Dangal star Aamir Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol's relationship dynamics go far back. While on the sets of Yash Chopra's 1993 film Darr, Sunny had a falling out with the filmmaker as well as SRK. Sunny Deol said that he disagreed with the way his character was portrayed in the film's climax. In an old Aap Ki Adalat episode, Sunny Deol spoke about not being on speaking terms with SRK after the film, clarifying that he and SRK never ran into each other because he doesn't socialize much. "It's not that I didn't talk but I just cut myself off and I anyway don't socialise much. So we never met, toh baat karne ki baat he nahi hai," Sunny Deol said in the old interview.

In a recent interview with Times Now, Sunny Deol however revealed that SRK had called to congratulate him for Gadar 2's success. Sunny Deol told Times Now, "He had seen this film and before that, he called me up and wished me and he was so happy, he told me I am so happy, you genuinely deserve it and I said thank you." Sunny Deol said that he also spoke to SRK's wife Gauri Khan and added, "I spoke to his wife and son and he said that tonight we're going to watch the film. And I said Great. And I think after that he has seen it and tweeted about it."

Shah Rukh Khan was also seen giving a shout out to Gadar 2 on X. Last weekend, Shah Rukh Khan did an #ASKSRK session on X (earlier called Twitter). During the session, SRK was asked, "Gadar 2 dekhi apne (Did you watch Gadar 2)" Shah Rukh Khan replied, "Yeah loved it."

Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 is the sequel to the 2001 hit Gadar. In the sequel Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma have reprised their roles of Tara Singh, Sakeena, and Jeete, respectively. The film was released in theatres last month. It clashed with Akshay Kumar's OMG 2 at the box office.

Ever since the release of Jawan's Prevue in July of this year, this Atlee directorial has been making all the right noises. With less than a week left for the release of the much-anticipated film of the year, Shah Rukh Khan on Sunday reminded his fans to book their tickets for Jawan, set to release on September 7th, with a brand-new poster. In the animated poster, we can see Shah Rukh Khan sporting an intense look while carrying a rifle in his hand. Meanwhile,  Trade analyst Taran Adarsh, in a post on X (formerly called Twitter), revealed that SRK's Jawan has sold 203,300 so far in total. He wrote, "NOTE: Tickets sold for *Thu* / *Day 1* at NATIONAL CHAINS… Update: Sun, 12 noon #PVR + #INOX: 168,000 #Cinepolis: 35,300. Total: 203,300 tickets sold."

On Friday, the makers rolled out a promotional video of Jawan to announce that the advance bookings are finally open. The clip was shared by Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's production house Red Chillies Entertainment. “Aapki aur meri bekraari khatam huyi  [The wait is finally over]. Advance bookings for Jawan are now live. So book your tickets now. Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September 2023, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu,” read the caption.

New Day, New Pic From Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor's New York Album

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who jetted off to New York a few weeks back, were recently spotted eating food at a restaurant along a few friends. While Alia Bhatt's back was facing the camera, Ranbir Kapoor was spotted sporting a new look in a black shirt. The Barfi actor, dressed in a black jacket and new haircut, seemed to be engrossed in a conversation with a woman sitting across him.  In another picture shared by a fan page, Ranbir Kapoor could be seeing posing for a selfie with a fan while wearing a black beanie.

Hrithik Roshan seems to be on an agenda to set the Internet ablaze. The actor, also referred to as “Bollywood's Greek God” by his fans, has shared a monochrome shirtless picture on Instagram. Shah Rukh Khan, who previously worked with Sunny Deol in the 1993 thriller Darr, was spotted attending the party with his wife Gauri Khan. The Pathaan star looked dapper in a black T-shirt under a grey jacket and cargo pants. The couple arrived at the party holding hands. While they didn't stop for photos, Shah Rukh Khan smiled and greeted the paparazzi before making his way inside.

Film critic Saibal Chatterjee, in his review of NDTV, gave the film 2 stars out of 5 and he wrote, "Gadar 2 is strictly for three categories of people: Sunny Deol fans, those that miss the unbridled excesses of Bollywood of yore, and those that believe that "hate thy neighbour" is an axiom worth cheering for in a movie theatre. The film has enough to please them all - and then some."
